How to submit an oral or a poster ?

WHO CAN SUBMIT AN ORAL PRESENTATION OR A POSTER?

Time slots are specifically reserved for young researchers (PhD students and postdoctoral fellows), as well as researchers.

Don’t hesitate to submit your contribution!

Depending on availability, the scientific committee may suggest switching your oral presentation to a poster format.



HOW TO SUBMIT?

The abstract (template below) can be uploaded to the "Abstract Submission" page.

Select the type of submission according to the desired presentation and your status:

• Oral Presentation - Researcher
• Oral Presentation - PhD Student/Post-doc
• Poster - Researcher
• Poster - PhD Student/Post-doc

The event will be held mainly in French. However, to ensure accessibility for everyone, presentation slides must be prepared in English.
